Legal mumbo-jumbo -------------------- This program is copyrighted but may be freely distributed on the net. This means it may *NOT* be distibuted on any PAY site or CDROM without Mok's special permission. If you'll find this program in such place, let him know! 1. What's this? --------------- The purpose of this utility is to play those kinky .ECC "animations" which can be sometimes found on the usenet newsgroups like alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.anime and similar. 2. Requirements --------------- An AGA or CyberGraphX Amiga & OS3.x. This program haves a luncheon on your memory and cpu-power, so you should have plenty of both. A4040 should do. NOTE FOR OS3.0 USERS: Upgrade to OS3.1! eccview works faster on it, even with CyberGraphX boards. =) If you won't, use SetPatch v43.3 or newer for correct operation. Also, you can try to speed up AGA routines by using PatchWPA8 (from aminet) by Pawel Hernik. 3. History ---------- REV4 - Faster wildcard/filename parsing - Improved break (CTRL-C) handling - Added cursor key scrolling & q/Q quitting - Bumped version to 2.0 - Added blanking (like ms-dos eccview does) - Added NOBLANK switch ;) - Changed the place of ModeID validity check - Memory wasn't properly freed on CyberGraphX - Fixed backspace operation on multi-part files - Fixed the lack of CyberGraphX window activation - Fixed the CyberGraphX autoscroll bug - Some misc small fixes & changes REV3 - CyberGraphX support added. Works atleast with CyberVision64/3D. =) REV2 - Doesn't require OS3.1 anymore. - Filename sorting is no longer case-sensitive REV1 - First Amiga revision, based on the sources by The Black Squadron. On my part, this is a successor to ecchi v0.3. -EOF-
