Short: Create REKO, Soliton and AS-... cardsets Author: allan.tnt@post.tele.dk (Allan Rasmussen) Uploader: allan tnt post tele dk (Allan Rasmussen) Type: gfx/ifx Version: 3.51 (29-Sep-2006) Requires: ImageFX 2.0+, DIYreko2_0, DIYrekoEnh Architecture: generic Url: http://home19.inet.tele.dk/acme/ This is a modified version of DIYrekoEnh. It has been tested it with ImageFX 2.1 and 3.3. You will need the original DIYreko2_0 and DIYrekoEnh archives from Aminet. This archive is only a supplement to those. For general instructions, refer to the original guides and the richly commented script itself. Credits: Many thanks to Torsten-Jens Mannsfeldt for sending bugreports and to Cary Driscoll for bugreports, suggestions and extensive help. Changes: The script no longer forces the thumbnail file requestor with IFX 3.0+ when selecting a texture file. You can now enter the default colours for symbols, but note that the values you enter are only used IF the script fails to determine the two colours on its own for some reason. The script will attempt to determine which two colours are used in the symbols picture file, and use those if succesful. Made it possible to put symbols in all four corners, and to invert the bottom symbols, as on "real" playing cards. Simply include one of Tonid's frames and it will automatically be converted to four corner use if necessary. The script now accepts spaces in path and file names, and it no longer complains to T:_RxOut about "Grey2Color". Added an option for just putting the background colour behind the preferences cards, instead of a texture file. Fixed a bug regarding adjustment of the sprites marking the selected cards in Klondike II, as the colours to adjust are not 20 and 24, but 19 and 23. Thanks to Cary. The script now uses a percentage formula for scaling. The pictures will therefore be cropped as well as scaled, rather than being scaled out of proportions. The Klondike III REKO command will no longer write any temporary files to the ImageFX: drawer. All temporary files are now written to T:, RAM: and the temporary directory of your choice. Changed the GetPixel parameters when finding "framecolour" because "GetPixel 1 2" actually seldom lands on a frame. Added some of my favourite self composed background colours to the script, and some of my frames and such stuff to the archive. Polished the method of composing the individual cards and the method of choosing useful palette colours for rendering. Now all cards are taken in consideration when rendering the palette, regardless of how many cards you use. Added a "Scale" gadget. If NOT used, too big pictures will simply be cropped to fit the card size, and too small pictures will just be centred on the cards. You now have much more control over the enhance function. An extensive requester has been added for that purpose. If you use a personal Card01, you no longer need to have Tomasz's logo printed on it. If you specify using Card55 - 58 and some of them doesn't exist, the script will use Card01 as substitute for the missing ones. The script now gives the opportunity to use separate frames for both Card01, Card02 and CardPad. Can also produce IFF cardsets for AS-..... games. Requires quite a lot of free chip memory for rendering though.
