Short: Use Picasso-II as fastram expansion Author: Nicola Soggia Uploader: nsoggia telnetwork it Type: util/boot Version: 33.11 Replaces: hard/drivr/apm3310.lha Requires: non-segmented Picasso-II card Architecture: m68k-amigaos fourth Aminet release (20.06.96) APM 33.10 (27-Jan-96) no improvements from last release (just polished a bit the guide) PV 37.01 (20-Jun-96) kludge for who put village.library in libs: drawer APM turns the Picasso-II graphics card in a cheap fast-ram expansion, I know it's a shame to waste the graphics capabilities of this card and use just its memory, but sometimes having 1 or 2 Mb fast ram expansion for free is not that bad. PV fixes an arbitration bug in village.library that initializes itself without checking if the board is already in use by someone else. This bug comes up only when village.library is not loaded by BindDrivers.
