Short: GDS Demo (lunar-lander type game) Author: john.enright@f302.n104.z1.fidonet.org Uploader: rkr tyrell net Architecture: m68k-amigaos These are demos for a graphics (game) development system, the GameSmith Development System. Bithead Technologies sent me these demos. Some were apparently written by GDS users, while others were written by John Enright himself. I have no email address for anyone but John, though, so I list him as author in all cases. Except for providing this (seperate) .readme, all files are as they were sent to me on two disks. Below, are a few lines written by John (I assume) that describe the specific demo. === MoonRocks - Lunar lander game with a twist. GameSmith demo game. Recent news reports indicate a famous dead rock star has been sighted on the moon. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to find the rock star and land near him. The moon is a harsh place, so don't expect to be able to land just anywhere! You have no time limit, but your fuel supply is limited. Fortunately, there's a filling station on the moon, but you'll need to be a pretty good pilot to land on it. This version includes a mod sound-track and should run much more smoothly on non-accelerated Amigas.
